WCW
He was offered the educational videos contract by WCW (so owned by Time Warner) in April 1999, just half the dozen months fallowing he initiative foot into a wrestling ring. Chuck Palumbo inherit WCW around early 2000 and formed a tag team with Shawn Stasiak and won the tag team titles. A team became called a "Perfect Event" & were a share of the Natural Born Thrillers. Kevin Nash was briefly the "coach" for the Thrillers.

Chuck & Shawn split & Chuck began teaming by having Sean O'Haire and again became tag team champions. It inherit a WWF (okay, a WWE) when a share of The Alliance but Chuck was thrown out, and then joined a WWF.

In the late summertime of 2002, Billy and Chuck were the source of contestation whenever Chuck apparently proposed to Billy, asking him to become his "partner for life."
